The production floor, on a tablet.
Operators see today's work for their machine, start and complete each process, and record what they produced — even when the internet drops.
Built for the people who run the machines: big, clear controls, a PIN instead of a password, and nothing from the office they do not need.

Everything an operator needs. Nothing they don't.
ShopFloor turns the job card into the operator's to-do list, and every tap becomes live production data in the office.
Works offline
Today's scheduled processes start, complete and cancel without internet, and sync in order the moment the connection is back.
PIN sign-in
The company signs in once per tablet. Operators then sign in with their own 4-digit PIN — fast, and personal to each operator.
Machine-wise schedule
Each operator sees only the machines assigned to them, and the day's work on each one.
Production as it happens
Quantity produced and wastage recorded during the run — including partial production — not at the end of the shift.
Pending work pick-up
Operators can pick up unscheduled pending work when online. It stays online-only, so two machines never take the same job.
Nothing lost in sync
If the server cannot accept something done offline, the job is flagged NEEDS ACTION in the ERP until a supervisor sorts it out.
The floor gets the floor. The office stays the office.

ShopFloor — common questions.
How the app works on a real production floor.
Does ShopFloor need the internet?
Only for some things. Today's scheduled work can be started, completed and cancelled with no connection, and is sent to the server in order as soon as the connection is back. Picking up unscheduled pending work and viewing other days need the internet, so nothing is ever double-booked.
What happens if something done offline cannot be recorded?
The work is never thrown away. The job is marked NEEDS ACTION in the ERP and shown on the job's detail view until a supervisor sorts it out; the operator sees the same notice on the tablet.
Which devices does it run on?
Any Android tablet or phone running Android 7.0 or newer. A tablet mounted at each machine works best.
How do operators sign in?
The company signs in once on each tablet with its email, password and authenticator code. After that, operators sign in with their own 4-digit PIN — no passwords on the floor.
Can operators open the ERP from the tablet?
No. ShopFloor has its own login and shows only the floor: the machines assigned to the operator, today's work and their completed tasks. The office ERP is never reachable from it.
Do we need the Presstropic ERP to use it?
Yes. ShopFloor shows the work scheduled in the ERP and sends production back to it, so the two always agree.
Works even better together.
Every Presstropic app reads and writes the same records, so work moves between the office, the floor and your customers without being typed twice.
