Terms & Conditions of Service

These are the terms on which we provide Presstropic. They are written to be read once and understood — what you get, what you pay, who owns what, and what happens if either of us wants to stop.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Presstropic, you agree to these terms on behalf of your press. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What we provide

Presstropic is software provided over the internet for managing a printing press: paper, plates, job cards, production, raw material, dispatch and the reporting built on them. We provide it as a subscription; you are not buying a copy of the software.

We improve the service continuously. Features may be added, changed or retired. If we retire something you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice and, where we can, a replacement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the users you create and what they do in your account.
• Keep credentials confidential. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been compromised.
• Permissions are yours to set; we do not change them for you without your instruction.
• Accounts are for your press. Do not share access with a business that is not covered by your subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, sublicense or white-label the service;
• reverse-engineer it, or attempt to extract its source code;
• probe or attack its security, or attempt to reach another press's data;
• use it to store unlawful content, or in breach of any law that applies to you;
• place a load on it designed to degrade it for others.

5. Fees and renewal

• Fees are as agreed in your subscription, payable in advance for each term.
• Subscriptions renew for the same term unless either of us gives notice before renewal.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
• Taxes are additional where they apply.
• If payment is materially overdue we may suspend access after written notice. Your data is not deleted during a suspension.

6. Your data belongs to you

Everything you enter — parties, jobs, rates, stock, documents — remains yours. We hold it to run the service for you.

• We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models or build benchmarks.
• You can export it from the app at any time, and request a full database copy.
• On termination we keep it available for export for 30 days, then delete it after 90 days.

7. Our intellectual property

The software, its design, its name and its brand belong to Presstropic Solutions. Your subscription grants you the right to use it for your press for as long as your subscription runs, and nothing more.

If you send us a suggestion, we may use it to improve the service without owing you anything for it.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep Presstropic available at all times and take regular backups. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside normal press hours wherever possible, and we tell you in advance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting, networks and power are outside our control. Support is available on business days at [email protected].

9. Liability

The service is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business;
• our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period;
• nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Presstropic is a record-keeping system, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

10. Ending the agreement

• You may end your subscription at the end of any term by telling us in writing.
• Either of us may end it immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 30 days of being told.
• On termination your access ends; your data remains exportable for 30 days as above.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
